At the crossroads of the Lot and Cantal departments, 3 km from the Rénac beach on the shores of the Saint-Etienne Cantalès lake, this detached character house dating from 1757 welcomes you to 1 ha of semi-enclosed grounds with a fenced pond and breathtaking views of the Monts du Cantal. This region is ideal for hiking and water sports (beaches for swimming, sailing, pedal-boating, aquapark...). You can also try your hand at accrobranche (tree climbing) and karting, and discover the small Cité de Caractère (town of character) of Laroquebrou, visit the Monts du Cantal, Padirac and Rocamadour.
