Nestled between the Monts du Cantal, the Gorges de la Dordogne and the Massif du Sancy, this fully-renovated 1850 detached house of character welcomes you to the small village of Saignes.
Situated at the crossroads of Cantal, Corrèze and Puy-de-Dôme, this region is ideal for outdoor activities: hiking (Puy Mary, Puy de Sancy, etc.), swimming, water sports and fishing at the lakes of Bort les Orgues and Lastioules, cycling (green trail nearby).
You can also discover the region's rich architectural heritage: the châteaux of Val, Auzers and la Trémolière, the Romanesque church circuit, and the villages of Salers and Tournemire classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France.
This gîte benefits from enclosed grounds with private parking, and a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. On the first floor, integrated kitchenette (table linen provided), living room with fireplace (pellet stove €10 per 15kg bag), flat-screen TV, DVD player, telephone and wifi internet access, separate toilet and laundry room. On 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, shower room with wc. On 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Baby equipment. Electric heating according to consumption. Rates include all charges in high and very high seasons. Cleaning deposit 60 €.
