Nestled in the heart of the Cantalien Châtaigneraie, this fully renovated 19th-century character house, adjoining an uninhabited house, welcomes you to a small hamlet ideal for relaxing.
Nearby, you can enjoy hiking in the Lot valley or the Cantal mountains (Grand Site National du Puy Mary), swimming and water sports at the Saint-Etienne Cantalès Lake and skiing at the Super-Lioran ski resort. You can also discover the richness of our built heritage by visiting the medieval towns of Laroquebrou, Marcolès (listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France"), Maurs, Aurillac and Conques, and the Remarkable sites of Padirac and Rocamadour.
This Holiday cottage benefits from a terrace with garden furniture and an unfenced plot of 1000m² with portico and deckch chairs overlooking the Cantal mountains. On the 1st level, fitted kitchenette, living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove (free wood), flat-screen TV, DVD player and wifi Internet access. Shower room with toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds that can be converted into 1 x 180cm beds, separate wc. Kids and basement available. Gas heating included. Heating rates included. Solar panels for hot water production. Reinforced socket on site for recharging your electric vehicle (extra charge according to consumption).

    Agréable gîte au calme.

    Habitat confortable avec tout le nécessaire .Lieux très calme . Propriétaire à l'écoute et présent .
    Juste un point gênant, le manque d'obscurité dans les chambres car pas de volet mais juste des rideaux .
    Merci aux propriétaires de leurs gentilles attentions .

    Le bonheur est dans le Cantal

    L'endroit est magnifique et calme.
    Le gîte est très bien aménagé et avec beaucoup de goût.
    L'emplacement est parfait pour faire des randonnées, des visites et découvrir les somptueux paysages du Cantal.
    Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux, nous garderons un très bon souvenir de Sylvie et Michel.

    Très beau cadre

    Pas de surprise à notre arrivée dans le gîte, conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Accueil des propriétaire au top.

    Séjour en pleine nature

    Une semaine parfaite dans un gite très propre et bien aménagé ,il ne manque rien.
    On se sent comme à la maison , le top . La vue sur l'extérieur est magnifique .
    Repos assuré , idéal pour les amoureux de la nature .
    Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont de bons conseils et très à l'écoute .

    Gîte cosy au calme de la campagne

    Accueillis par les propriétaires, qui nous ont fourni de nombreuses informations pour découvrir la région, et même des gourmandises locales !
    Le gîte est très propre et très bien équipé, au calme ,dans la verdure. Il ne nous a rien manqué, tout est bien pensé pour un séjour au top .
