Overlooking the village of Vic-sur-Cère, this 1800s house adjoining the owner's uninhabited home welcomes you in beautiful surroundings with panoramic views over the village and the Cère valley.
Many activities are available in the area: in Vic-sur-Cère, there's a park with games for children, tennis courts, fitness area, swimming pool (open in summer), mini-golf, casino and mineral water museum. You can also discover the Pas de Cère gorges, numerous waterfalls, a multitude of hikes through the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, enjoy the Super-Lioran resort offering outdoor activities in summer and winter (accrobranche, mountain biking, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, skating rink), visit the châteaux of Pesteils and Messilhac and play golf at Vézac 16 km away.
Outside, you can enjoy a private, unfenced plot with garden furniture and barbecue.
The gîte has two levels. First floor: living room with flat-screen TV and wifi internet access, fitted kitchen, separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 (fitted sheets provided), 1 relaxation area, bathroom with shower and bath. Electric heating included. All charges included. Animal supplement €10/week.
