Overlooking the village of Vic-sur-Cère, this 1800 sq. m. house is attached to the owner's holiday home, and offers a panoramic view of the village and the Cère valley. There are many activities to enjoy in the area: in Vic-sur-Cère, there's a park with games for Kids, tennis courts, a fitness area, a swimming pool (open in summer), mini-golf, a casino and a mineral water museum. You can also discover the Pas de Cère gorges, numerous waterfalls, a multitude of hikes through the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, take advantage of the Super-Lioran resort which offers outdoor activities in summer and winter (accrobranche, mountain biking, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice rink), visit the Pesteils and Messilhac castles and play golf at Vézac 16 km away.
