Nearby attractions include the Goul valley, Truyère gorges, Lot valley, Monts du Cantal, Conques abbey church, the small character towns of Montsalvy and Marcolès (also classified as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France"), Monts d'Aubrac, Vieillevie fortified castle, Mourjou chestnut house.
