Situated 12 km from the Super-Lioran ski resort, this 1900 house, built on the first floor and adjoining a second home, welcomes you near the Plomb du Cantal.
This gîte is close to many hiking trails: GR4, GR400, Plomb du Cantal, cirque de Chamalière. You can also discover numerous Romanesque churches and castles, have fun at the mini-golf course or cinema, visit the Maison de la Faune in Murat, or take advantage of the Super-Lioran ski resort (accrobranche, snowshoeing, downhill and cross-country skiing, skating rink, etc.).
This gîte benefits from private parking, two terraces and 200 m² of enclosed grounds with garden furniture and barbecue.
Inside, kitchen, dining room, living room with flat-screen TV, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room with jet shower, separate toilet. Each room is accessible by a step. Electric heating according to consumption. Fishing gîte.

Renato 56 Gîte bien placé
Gîte très bien placé à côté de Murat facile poir faire les courses,chemins de rando à proximité. Intérieur un peu vieillot mais propre,très calme.

Véronique Gîte confortable et très bien situé
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gîte fonctionnel et agréable, au calme mais proche de la charmante ville de Murat, idéalement situé entre St Flour, le Puy Mary et de nombreux départs de randonnées en moyenne montagne ou dans les vallées.
