Close to the classified Grand Site National du Puy Mary and 10 km from the medieval town of Salers, this detached house welcomes you in a residential area of the village of Saint-Martin Valmeroux.
Situated in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this Holiday cottage will enable you to discover a wide range of activities: Hiking (GR400, GR4, Puy Violent, Puy Chavaroche, Puy Mary nearby), Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at the Col de Légal, and fishing on the Maronne river. You can also discover the region's rich architectural heritage by visiting the villages of Salers and Tournemire, classified as France's Most Beautiful Villages, and the castles of St Chamant, Anjony and La Trémolière. Municipal Piscine open in July and August, city-park and playground less than 100 m from the house.
This Holiday cottage has 650m² of private enclosed grounds with garden furniture and deckchairs. Garage available.
Holiday cottage on the second floor of the house, featuring a spacious, bright living room with flat-screen TV, fully-equipped kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with single bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Unheated, south-facing veranda with garden view, lounge/TV area, board games for Kids and dining area. Baby equipment available (Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, stroller). Beds made on arrival and linen supplied. Second shower room on first floor in garage with toilet. Oil-fired central heating (€50 per week). Electricity extra. Pet deposit 50€.
Shops in the village of Saint-Martin Valmeroux and local producers' Market every Friday morning. Mauriac 23 km.

Très très bon accueil par les propriétaires dans un grand pavillon et son jardin, très confortable,agréable,calme, rien ne manque(on se sent comme chez soi) entouré d'une belle région avec son patrimoine et son terroir.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour , propriétaire très sympas , elle nous a offert un colis de bienvenue bien garnie.
