At the gateway to the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, close to the Sancy massif and the Dordogne gorges, this detached house welcomes you to a small, quiet hamlet comprising just the owner's house and the Holiday cottage.
This region is ideal for a wide range of activities: Hiking, visiting Romanesque churches, the castles of Val and Auzers, the Petite Cité de Caractère of Menet, the towns of Mauriac and Riom-es-Montagnes, swimming and water sports at Lake Bort les Orgues or Lastioulles, the medieval town of Salers, classified as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, and the Grand Site National du Puy Mary.
You benefit from 500 m² of enclosed grounds and a terrace with pergola, garden furniture, deckchairs and gas plancha. Possibility of storage room in outbuilding. Table tennis available.
On the first floor, fully-equipped open-plan dining room and kitchenette with French windows opening directly onto the terrace, separate living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove (wood provided free of charge), TV, DVD player, fiber-optic Internet access, separate toilet with washbasin. On the 1st floor, two master suites with connecting Kids bedroom and private shower room with wc. Each suite comprises a large bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and a connecting Kids bedroom with 1 single bed. The first suite has a private bathroom with toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. The second suite has a shower room with toilet.
