Situated at an altitude of 850 m in a hamlet at the gateway to the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this detached character house dating from 1841, tastefully renovated in 2019, welcomes you to a restful setting high above the Goul valley.
Between Vic-sur-Cère and Mur de Barrez, this region lends itself to outdoor activities: hiking (Puy de Bâne, Plomb du Cantal, Brezons valley, Truyère gorges, etc.), cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, downhill skiing at Le Lioran, pony trekking at Pailherols, swimming, fishing and water sports on the Laussac peninsula.
Nearby, you can also discover the region's architectural heritage by visiting the villages of Salers, Tournemire and Conques, ranked among France's Most Beautiful Villages, and the castles of Pesteils and Messilhac.
This Holiday cottage has an unfenced plot of land and a terrace with garden furniture and panoramic views over the Goul valley.
First floor: fitted kitchenette, living room with fireplace (wood-burning stove €10 per case), wifi internet access and flat-screen TV, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and private shower room, separate toilet. Philou16 randonnée cantal
Quand on arrive au gite, on a une magnifique vue. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et de bon conseil. Possibilités de faire des randonnées au pied du gite. Le gite possède 1 douche par chambre ce qui est très rare. On ne peut que revenir. Je conseille ce gite

Titi44. Gîte merveilleux.
Gîte très fonctionnel pour un très bon séjour en famille ainsi qu'une situation géographique idéalement situé pour faire de superbes randos et profiter de la station du Lioran (à 30 mn) pour faire du ski si on le souhaite.
Merci beaucoup à Mr et Mdm Bruel pour leur accueil ainsi que pour leur geste de bienvenu.

Nathalie Magnifique !!!
Superbe gîte restauré avec soin tout en gardant le charme de ses demeures anciennes, nous y trouvons tout le confort moderne,très bien équipé on s'y sent comme à la maison. Une vue magnifique, au calme dans un petit hameau .Un accueil des propriétaires tout ce qu'il y a des plus chaleureux, une belle tarte aux pommes maison nous attendait ainsi qu'un très beau morceau de fromage. Séjour reposant avec en prime de la neige, du soleil, magnifique région a découvrir.Je recommande les yeux fermés.
