Located 10 km from the medieval town of Murat, this detached character house, completely renovated in 2024, welcomes you to the small village of Chalinargues.
Nestled at an altitude of 1050m, in a peaceful setting, you can explore the wide-open spaces of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, enjoy hiking, fishing at Lac du Pêcher and Lac Sauvage, downhill skiing at the Super-Lioran ski resort, discover the Maison de la Pinatelle, and the Cheylat and Veyrines waterfalls. You can also discover the region's rich architectural heritage with visits to the medieval cities of Murat and Saint Flour, as well as the local gastronomy (many local producers nearby).
The house has a 250m² unfenced plot with private parking, garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
First floor: fitted kitchenette, living room with wood-burning stove (75€/m3), wifi internet access (no TV), video projector with screen, bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, shower room with WC and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the 1st floor, a mezzanine with bookcase, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a semi-open bathroom and a separate toilet. Beds will be made up on arrival and towels provided. Electric heating included. No smoking. Pet deposit 100€.
