Situated in the small village of Seriers, 11 km from the medieval town of Saint-Flour, this detached character house dating from 1858 and fully renovated in 2014 welcomes you to a peaceful setting.
Nearby, you can enjoy a wide range of activities: hiking in the Cantal mountains and the Aubrac plateau, thermal baths at the Caleden spa in Chaudes-Aigues, fishing in the Truyère gorges, swimming and water sports at the Mallet and Lanau water sports centers, and skiing at Super-Lioran.
You can also discover the wealth of the built heritage by visiting the city of art and history of Saint-Flour, the Garabit viaduct, and the castles of Sailhant and Alleuze.
This gîte benefits from 600 m² of unenclosed land, and a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
First floor: fitted kitchenette opening onto a spacious living room with wood-burning stove (free wood), flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system and WiFi Internet access, storeroom with closed toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, library area. Beds made up on arrival. Beef Un gite fort agréable
Très bon accueil des propriétaires.
Nous avons passé un réveillon du nouvel an en famille dans un gîte accueillant et tout confort.
Le gîte correspond bien au descriptif et est très bien équipé (à tout point de vue). Les commerces de Saint Flour sont à 10 minutes en voiture.
Bien que les températures extérieures soient négatives, nous n’avons pas eu froid & le poêle à bois est très agréable. La vue du gîte est magnifique (avec ou sans neige).C'est avec joie que nous reviendrons dans ce gîte à l'occasion.
