Located in the village of Neussargues-Moissac, this detached house with character, completely renovated in 2020, welcomes you to a mid-range Mountain village, where you can enjoy a Wellbeing area with a 5-person Spa and shower, with bathrobes available (€180 for 3 to 7 nights, €100 per weekend (1 or 2 nights) extra payable at time of booking). You can enjoy the communal playground 100m from the Holiday cottage, with pétanque court and Kids' play area, paragliding (paragliding school 20 km away), fishing in the Alagnon river 1 km away, and listening to the bellowing of the stag in autumn at Sainte-Anastasie.
Nearby, you can discover the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne by hiking (Puy Mary, Plomb du Cantal, la Planèze, etc.) and the Super-Lioran ski resort 21 km away (direct access by train or bus [during February vacation] from Neussargues-Moissac). You can also discover the wealth of the built heritage by visiting the medieval towns of Saint-Flour and Murat, the Château du Sailhant and the Garabit Viaduct. This house benefits from enclosed grounds to the front with terrace, garden furniture and charcoal barbecue, and an unenclosed courtyard to the rear with covered car/motorcycle shelter. First floor: large living room with fireplace (free wood-burning stove), flat-screen TV, DVD player and WiFi Internet access, built-in kitchenette, wellness area, laundry room. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160x200), shower room and separate toilet. 2nd floor: large gaming room with flat-screen TV, library and table soccer. Nous avons passé la semaine du 4 au 11 janvier dans ce magnifique gîte où rien ne manque et où tout est fait pour se sentir merveilleusement bien ! Confort, qualité du mobilier, de la literie, des prestations et des équipements mis à disposition.
Les propriétaires sont particulièrement charmants, accueillants, disponibles et prévenants.
La localisation est idéale pour vous rendre sur la station du Lioran, vous balader et découvrir les villages et paysages environnants du Cantal ou encore rester sur place, vous reposer et profiter tout simplement du gîte devant le feu crépitant puis vous relaxer dans le SPA :).

Bibi Séjour exceptionnel
Gite extrêmement bien équipé, décoré avec goût. Un des meilleurs gîtes que nous ayons fait.l emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région que nous connaissions déjà mais que nous apprécions de plus en plus.

Bon accueil des propriétaires soucieux du bien-être de leurs hôtes. Gîte confortable, bien équipé. Commerces de proximité dans le village
En résumé : belle adresse pour un séjour dans le Cantal, proche des centres d’intérêts (Plomb du Cantal, Puy Mary, magnifiques paysages du Cézalllier etc…)
