In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne between Riom es Montagnes and Mauriac, this detached character house dating from 1889, with fishing cottage status, is located in a small hamlet in the mountains.
Nearby, you can enjoy Hiking (Col d'Aulac, Mars valley, Puy Mary, etc.), Fishing (Trizac and Menet lakes, Bort les Orgues dam, Sumène and Mars rivers, etc.) and Swimming (Bort les Orgues and Trizac lakes).
You'll also be able to discover the rich architectural heritage of the cities of Riom es Mountain and Salers, the Romanesque church circuit, and the castles of Auzers and Val.
This Holiday cottage has a courtyard and a 1000 m² semi-enclosed plot with garden furniture, deckchairs and a portico. First floor: fitted kitchenette, living room, shower room and separate toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, bathroom, separate toilet. Heating included. Lea Repos assuré
Jolie maison auvergnate qui a un décor plutôt traditionnel. Le confort est bien là :
vaisselle abondante, petit électro ménager bien pensé, poêles et casseroles en très bon état. Les chambres sont spacieuses.
Jardin bien aménagé avec une vue magnifique sur les monts.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous avons passé une quinzaine fort agréable avec de belles randonnées et visites.- Cleanliness
