Situated between the Monts du Cantal and the Lot department, this completely renovated 18th-century former oven welcomes you to a small hamlet close to the owners' home.
In the heart of the Cantalien Châtaigneraie region, you can discover the richness of the built heritage by visiting the Petites Cités de Caractère of Laroquebrou and Marcolès, numerous villages classified as Plus Beaux Villages de France, including Marcolès, Salers, Tournemire, Autoire and Saint-Cirq Lapopie, and the sites of Rocamadour and Padirac.
Other activities include Fishing at Le Rouget lake, Swimming and water sports at Saint-Etienne Cantalès lake, and go-karting at Pers.
The house benefits from unfenced grounds and a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
First floor: fitted kitchenette, living room with flat-screen TV. On 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 convertible 130cm (Beds made on arrival), bathroom with toilet. Electric heating according to consumption. Holiday cottage on the farm.

Une cure de calme et de "verdure"! Idéal pour les personnes en recherche de vacances a la campagne, loin du monde. Super rando a l'ombre, et lacs de baignade loins des foules!!!

Alain Soubrier Tres belle petite maison au calme
Notre séjour à la Durantie fut un bonheur, Maison au calme, très bien équipé, Madame et Monsieur Bernardie sont des hôtes charmants. Nombreuses randonnées et balades a faire dans la chataigneraie cantalienne et le lot tout proche. Nous reviendrons à la Durantie avec grand plaisir.

MJ agréable séjour
Pour retenir un gîte, mon « cahier des charges » prévoyait une immersion dans la nature et la campagne, du calme et du silence. Être seul mais quand même à proximité d’une ferme pour le cas où j’aurais un problème. Un prix convenable pour une bonne prestation.
J’ai trouvé tout cela à la Durantie.
Petite maison de charme, intérieur très correct. Salle de bain quasiment neuve.
Je dormais fenêtre ouverte pour entendre la chouette la nuit.
Mr et Mme Bernadie ont été d’une grande gentillesse tout au long du séjour, au point qu’au moment de partir j’ai presque eu l’impression de quitter des amis.- Cleanliness
