Situated between the Monts du Cantal and the Lot department, this completely renovated 18th-century former oven welcomes you to a small hamlet close to the owners' home.
In the heart of the Cantalien Châtaigneraie region, you can discover the richness of the built heritage by visiting the Petites Cités de Caractère of Laroquebrou and Marcolès, numerous villages classified as Plus Beaux Villages de France, including Marcolès, Salers, Tournemire, Autoire and Saint-Cirq Lapopie, and the sites of Rocamadour and Padirac.
Other activities include Fishing at Le Rouget lake, Swimming and water sports at Saint-Etienne Cantalès lake, and go-karting at Pers.
The house benefits from unfenced grounds and a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
First floor: fitted kitchenette, living room with flat-screen TV. On 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 convertible 130cm (Beds made on arrival), bathroom with toilet. Electric heating according to consumption. Holiday cottage on the farm.

C'est dans un gîte plein de charme, avec une sensation de calme assurée, que monsieur et madame Bernadie savent nous accueillir. La terrasse est plus qu'appréciable pour qui n'a pas de jardin. Le canapé clic-clac offre une qualité de couchage correcte pour un enfant/adolescent. Après, c'est plus juste.

on a passé une semaine du gites très agréable ,le confort très bien, on été en campagne , on a aimé y avait les vaches ,les ânes, on attendais les oiseaux chanté ,et les propriétaire très gentil ,et les commerce a proximité et les gens très gentil.je donne une note 10/10
