Located in the heart of the Châtaigneraie region, close to the Lot and Aveyron départements, this detached character house dating from 1789, renovated in 2014, features a private wellness area with spa and sauna for two, and welcomes you to a peaceful setting.
Nearby, you can discover the Lot valley, the Cantal mountains, visit the towns of Laroquebrou, Maurs and Conques, ranked among the Most Beautiful Villages in France, and the sites of Rocamadour and Padirac. You can play golf at Sansac-de-Marmiesse, 26 km away, or go hiking. You can also enjoy fishing, swimming and water sports at the Saint-Etienne Cantalès lake.
The gîte benefits from a covered terrace in the annex building with summer kitchen, two balconies and 1000 m² of unenclosed grounds with garden furniture and deckchairs.
On the first floor, wellness area accessible from outside with spa and sauna for two, Italian shower, closed toilet with washing machine. On the 1st floor, living room with wood-burning stove (free wood), flat-screen TV, DVD player, WiFi Internet access and kitchenette with dishwasher and six place settings. On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, mezzanine relaxation area with hi-fi system and library, possibility of extra bed on single sofa bed, shower room with toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. Electric heating extra according to consumption. Rates include all charges in high and very high summer season.

Un super accueil des propriétaires (merci pour la cagette de légumes et de produits locaux )qui ont accepté de décaler notre arrivée.Merci pour votre ouverture d'esprit .Vraiment dommage que notre séjour fut si court.

Charles et Magalie Une belle parenthèse !
Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce gîte situé à Parlan, en plein cœur du Cantal. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous ressourcer, loin du bruit et de l’agitation, c’est tout simplement l’endroit idéal.
Le cadre est absolument magnifique : un environnement calme, isolé, où le silence est un vrai luxe. On se sent immédiatement apaisé, en totale déconnexion. Le gîte, ancien bâtiment du XVIIIe siècle, a été restauré avec beaucoup de goût et de soin. On sent le travail passionné du propriétaire : tout est parfaitement entretenu, propre et chaleureux.
À l’intérieur, rien ne manque. Le confort est au rendez-vous, avec une ambiance à la fois authentique et moderne. Et le vrai plus : l’espace bien-être avec jacuzzi et sauna, parfait pour se détendre après une journée au grand air.
C’est un lieu que nous recommandons sans hésitation à tous ceux qui recherchent calme, nature et confort. Une très belle découverte que nous espérons renouveler !

Ndbg Séjour au calme
Séjour parfait, au calme, maison au milieu des champs ce qui permet de se ressourcer. Propriétaires très accueillant. Maison joliment rénovée et bien équipée. Point fort pour le poêle et l'espace spa.

Pierrot Excellent séjour au gîte de Gazal
Petit gîte vraiment agréable, chaleureux, très confortable avec une décoration particulièrement soignée.
Tranquille mais néanmoins proche des commerces et des sentiers de randonnées.
Et pour couronner le tout l'accueil des propriétaires est à la hauteur de la qualité du gîte.
