House located in a small hamlet between Lac d'Enchanet and Pays de Salers.

Located 12 km from the village of Salers, classified as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, this house, completely renovated in 2023, welcomes you to a peaceful setting.
Many activities are available nearby: discover the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, swimming and water sports at the Enchanet and St Etienne Cantalès lakes, the Maronne gorges, the Salins waterfall, the Drugeac velorail, Nordic activities in winter at Le Falgoux and Col de Légal (hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing).
The gîte benefits from a courtyard and 700 m² of enclosed grounds. You can enjoy your meals on the terrace, equipped with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Car parking in the gîte's own enclosure. Storage room with laundry adjoining the gîte. Children's trampoline available.
First floor: living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove (wood supplied), flat-screen TV, wifi Internet access, fully-equipped kitchenette, separate toilet with washbasin, bedroom with 160x200 bed and en-suite shower room.
Upstairs, one bedroom with three 90x200 beds, including two 180x200 beds, one bedroom with two 90x200 beds, one bedroom with a 160x200 bed, shower room, separate toilet.
Electric heating according to consumption. Rates include all charges in high and very high seasons. Linen and cleaning service available on request at extra cost. Daily cleaning package €20/day optional.
