Situated in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne and 10 km from the winter and summer resorts of Super Lioran, this detached character house built in 1867 and fully renovated in 2012 awaits you for a pleasant stay in the mountains.
Nearby, you can discover numerous Romanesque churches and castles, visit the Maison de la Faune in Murat, enjoy mini-golf or the cinema in Murat, go hiking (Puy Mary, Plomb du Cantal, etc.) and take advantage of the Super-Lioran resort 10 km away (accrobranche, snowshoeing, downhill and cross-country skiing, ice rink, etc.).
There's an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
First floor: dining room, integrated kitchenette, living room with flat-screen TV and fireplace (free wood-burning stove), shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room, separate wc. Oil-fired heating (€60/week). Games room with ping-pong table (outside access).

la iaute 74 un beau gîte!
Gîte bien situé (à 2 kms des commerces) et bien équipé, très bon accueil de la propriétaire, endroit calme où l'on dort bien.
Si vous avez la même chance que nous, vous pourrez voir un joli lièvre passer devant la maison et le vol d'un beau Milan royal qui doit nicher dans le rocher au dessus du village.

Le Finistère Vacances montagnardes
Super gîte, bien placé pour visiter le Cantal.
Literie très confortable et chambres spacieuses avec jolie vue.
Équipements complets (cuisine) et les deux salles d'eau très pratiques pour un séjour entre amis.
