Situated between the Dordogne gorges and the Cantal mountains, this detached house welcomes you at the entrance to the village of Arches in a peaceful setting.
This region is ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing (on the Dordogne, Sumène and Mars rivers), swimming and water sports (on the Bort-les-Orgues lake). You can also discover the Cantalien heritage: the castles of Auzers, Anjony and Trémolière, and the villages of Salers and Tournemire classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France.
Partially enclosed grounds of 1000 m² with garden furniture.
Gîte entirely on one level: living room with flat-screen TV, separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, shower room with washing machine, separate toilet. Oil-fired central heating (€50 per week). Rates include all charges in high and very high season. Beds made up on arrival.
Bar-restaurant in the village. All shops and services in Mauriac 12 km. Children's play area next to the gîte (swing, slide, etc.). Free wifi access at the town hall, 50 m from the gîte.
