Located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne and close to the town of Vic-sur-Cère, this detached wooden house built in 2010 welcomes you to a pleasant 5,000m² enclosure including two other chalets.
This region is ideal for a variety of activities in both summer and winter. You can go hiking (Puy Griou, Grand Site National du Puy Mary, Pas de Cère, Plomb du Cantal,...), downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating or accrobranche at the Super-Lioran ski resort. You can also enjoy mountain biking, golf, numerous waterfalls, the Cère gorges, the castles of Pesteils and Messilhac and the medieval towns of Murat, Vic-sur-Cère and Aurillac. A 10-minute walk away: large wooded park with children's playground, multi-sports ground, tennis court, municipal aquatic center.
The chalet benefits from unobstructed views over the surrounding countryside and a covered terrace with garden furniture and electric barbecue. Living room, kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 2-person bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 2 x 80cm bunk beds, shower room, separate toilet.
