Near Aurillac and the Salers region, this small detached house (micro-gîte) dating from 1742 welcomes you to a peaceful country setting. It's 20 km from the Saint-Etienne Cantalès lake, where you can enjoy a variety of activities: supervised swimming, fishing, canoeing, pedal-boating, boat trips, accrobranche. You can also fish just a few minutes from the gîte at the Crandelles lake. 18-hole golf course 12 km away, Monts du Cantal, skiing and Nordic activities at the Super-Lioran ski resort 45 km away, as well as at the Col de Légal.
This house has 2000 m² of semi-enclosed grounds shared with the owner, private parking and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. First floor: fitted kitchenette, sitting area with sofa and flat-screen TV. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, small bathroom with toilet. Mezzanine in attic with 2 extra beds for children (90 cm). Electric heating included. Rates include all utilities.

Hyper ravie de mon séjour,tout est vraiment parfait.Un bonheur de rencontrer le propriétaire très agréable très pro .passionné par ses travaux de la ferme .La petite maison ou rien ne manque est située dans le calme tout le long de la journèe et de la nuit .

Véro Immergés à la ferme
Cette petite maison attenante à la ferme de Jean-Louis est parfaite pour des vacances à 2. Située dans un hameau authentique à l'image du gîte. Le jardin dont nous avons pu profiter avec notre chien est un havre de calme et de détente. La présence de lacs à proximité encadrés de forêts nous a permis de faire de belles promenades et nous avons pu explorer de nombreux villages authentiques. Jean-Louis a mis à notre disposition un ventilateur bienvenu pour les nuits qui étaient plus chaudes que prévu.
