At the crossroads of Cantal, Puy-de-Dôme and Haute-Loire, at the gateway to the Cézallier plateau, this detached house welcomes you just 2 km from the historic center of Massiac. Ideally located for discovering the riches of the region, it offers a privileged starting point for visits to the Alagnon and Sianne gorges, the charming villages of Blesle and Lavoûte-Chilhac, ranked among Les Plus Beaux Villages de France, and the Monts du Cantal.
Nearby, you can also visit the medieval towns of Saint-Flour, Murat and Le Puy-en-Velay, as well as the Garabit viaduct, Gustave Eiffel's masterpiece. This Holiday cottage has 400 m² of enclosed grounds, private parking and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. On the first floor, you'll find a bright living room with fitted kitchenette, dining area and sitting area with flat-screen TV and internet access, two bedrooms with 1 double bed, a shower room, separate toilet and laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find a mezzanine relaxation area and a shower room with WC. Beds made on arrival. Electric heating by heat pump included. All-inclusive rates. A henhouse belonging to the owner is next door, on the edge of the grounds. 2km from all shops and services in Massiac.

Les Nordistes Super séjour à Massiac !
Très bon séjour dans un logement tout neuf, confortable et bien équipé. Le gîte est bien situé géographiquement pour découvrir les richesses du Cantal, du Puy-de-Dôme et de la Haute-Loire. Les commerces et un supermarché sont à 1km ce qui est appréciable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, gentils et discrets. C'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons. Nous recommandons ce gîte !!

Le gîte est situé à proximité de la ville est des commerces.

Le gîte, d'une propreté irréprochable, bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, proche du centre-ville et des commerces.
Un accueil et une gentillesse des propriétaires remarquables,+++++.
Le terrain est entièrement clôturé et nous avons fait connaissance avec des poules sans aucune difficulté, accompagnés de nos deux petites chiennes.

Bretagne Un gite de qualité bien situé
Un gite "tout neuf", très propre, bien situé, facile d'accès, dans un environnement naturel de qualité, situé à proximité de la ville où se trouvent les commerces.
Des propriétaires accueillants, attentifs aux attentes, prévenants, discrets. La proximité de quelques poules à proximité ne pose aucun problème au contraire
