This region is ideal for hiking (GR400 at 20 m, Puy Mary, Puy Violent...), fishing (river le Mars at 500 m) and swimming (Lake Trizac). You can also visit the medieval towns of Salers and Tournemire, classified as France's Most Beautiful Villages, and the castles of Trémolière and Auzers. Onirika tree-climbing course 3 km away.
The house has a semi-enclosed plot to the rear with private parking and bike storage. You'll enjoy a terrace with pergola, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
