Located on the outskirts of Aurillac and the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, detached house built in 1967 and renovated in 2005, situated in a housing estate in the village of Jussac.
Nearby attractions include the Grand Site National du Puy Mary, the Col de Légal, fishing, swimming and water sports at the Lac de Saint-Etienne Cantalès, the villages of Salers and Tournemire classified as Plus Beaux Villages de France, and the castles of Sedaiges and Anjony.
This gîte benefits from a 300m² enclosed garden where you can enjoy your meals in the shade of a prunus tree, with garden furniture and barbecue available. First floor: garage for one car, laundry room and extra shower room with toilet. 1st floor: kitchen, living room with flat-screen TV, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, bathroom with toilet.
