Nestled in the northern Cantal, between the Dordogne gorges and the Cantal mountains, this detached character house welcomes you to a small hamlet in a peaceful setting at the gateway to the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne.
Situated at the crossroads of Cantal, Corrèze and Puy-de-Dôme, this region is ideal for outdoor activities: hiking (Puy Mary, Puy de Sancy...), swimming, water sports and fishing at the lakes of Bort les Orgues (fishing school) and Lastioules and cycling (green trail, 14 km cycle path nearby).
You can also discover the châteaux of Val, Auzers and Trémolière, the villages of Salers and Tournemire classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France, and the Romanesque church trail.
This gîte benefits from a 1400 m² semi-enclosed plot with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, and a bicycle storage room. First floor: fitted kitchenette, living room with fireplace (free wood burner), flat-screen TV, video player and wifi internet access, separate toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 2-person bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 1-person beds (beds made up on arrival), bathroom with closed WC.
