Detached character house nestled at the foot of the emblematic Carlat rock

Located 17 km from Aurillac, in the heart of the Carladès region, and accessible via a narrow lane, this charming detached house welcomes you to the small village of Carlat.
In the village, you can take a virtual tour of the ancient fortress on the Rock of Carlat and go rock climbing. Nearby, you can hike in the Cantal Mountains and the Truyère Gorges, enjoy winter sports at the Super Lioran ski resort and the Pailherols cross-country skiing center, as well as water sports, swimming at Lake Sarrans, and fishing. You can also visit the Ronesque site, the towns of Vic-sur-Cère and Aurillac, as well as the castles of Pesteils and Messilhac.
This holiday cottage features a semi-enclosed yard with outdoor furniture and a large balcony. Public parking lot is 50 meters away.
On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with a flat-screen TV and internet access, and a bathroom with a toilet.
