Located near the Grand Site National du Puy Mary, this detached house, completely renovated in 2025, welcomes you to a small hamlet in the mountains. Adjoining an old, unoccupied barn, it offers peace and quiet in an unspoilt natural setting, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne.
You'll be captivated by the beauty of the surrounding countryside: Monts du Cantal, Cézallier plateau, Cheylade and Mars valleys. The area is ideal for Hiking and other outdoor activities. Enjoy paragliding, Fishing (Petite Rhue, Lake des Cascades), Cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in winter.
The region is full of treasures: the picturesque villages of Murat and Salers, the ruins of the Château d'Apchon, Romanesque church circuits.
The Holiday cottage has a large unfenced plot of 2000 m² with garden furniture and gas barbecue, as well as a pétanque court and private parking for 3 to 4 vehicles.
