Ideally located, this Holiday cottage invites you to explore the treasures of the Aurillac and Cantal regions: Hiking in the Monts du Cantal, the Grand Site du Puy Mary, Swimming and water sports at Lake Saint-Étienne-Cantalès, as well as the rich heritage of the castles of Sedaiges and Anjony and the listed villages of Salers and Tournemire.

Situated at the gateway to the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne and just 10 km from Aurillac, this independent Holiday cottage, decorated with care and attention to detail, welcomes you to a vast 6000 m² property where the owners' house is also located.
Enjoy a 10x5 m heated swimming pool, shared with the owners, secured by an integral electric cover. It's open from June 14 to September 13, 2025, with access from Monday to Friday (weekends reserved for owners). Various outdoor games are also available for your approval: table tennis, badminton net and swing set.
The Holiday cottage has its own private 2500 m² plot with parking, garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. A storage room is available on request. The gîte adjoins the owners' garage, guaranteeing privacy and tranquility.
Ground floor: bright living room with connected TV and WiFi internet access (fiber), fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, separate toilet with washbasin.
1st floor: "Puy Griou" bedroom: 1 x 160x200 bed with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower), "Puy Violent" bedroom: 1 x 160x200 bed with en-suite shower room, separate WC with washbasin, and a landing gaming room with TV, table soccer, library and board games.
Beds made on arrival and linen supplied. Heating included (underfloor heating on first floor and convector heaters upstairs). Rates include all utilities.
