Situated at the gateway to the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne and just 10 km from Aurillac, this independent Holiday cottage, decorated with care and attention to detail, welcomes you to a vast 6000 m² property where the owners' house is also located.
Enjoy a 10x5 m heated swimming pool, shared with the owners, secured by an integral electric cover. It's open from June 13 to September 12, 2026, with access from Monday to Friday (weekends reserved for owners). Various outdoor games are also available for your approval, including a ping-pong table, badminton net and swing set.
The Holiday cottage has its own private 2500 m² plot with parking, garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. A storage room is available on request. The gîte adjoins the owners' garage, guaranteeing privacy and tranquility.
Ground floor: bright living room with connected TV and WiFi internet access (fiber), fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, separate toilet with washbasin.
1st floor: "Puy Griou" bedroom: 1 x 160x200 bed with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower), "Puy Violent" bedroom: 1 x 160x200 bed with en-suite shower room, "Puy Chavaroche" bedroom: 2 twin beds, "Puy Mary" bedroom: 1 x 160x200 bed, en-suite shower room, separate WC with washbasin and a gaming room on the landing with TV, table soccer, library and board games.
