Located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, wooden chalet built in 2018 with unobstructed views over the Alagnon valley.
Nearby attractions include the Super Lioran resort, with outdoor activities in summer and winter (accrobranche, mountain biking, zip lines, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice rink), numerous hikes in the Monts du Cantal (departures possible on site), the medieval towns of Murat and Saint Flour, and the Grand Site National du Puy Mary.
This gîte benefits from 1600m² of unenclosed land, a carport, a south-facing terrace and a storage room accessible from the outside (for ski or fishing equipment).
First floor: spacious living room with flat-screen TV (Orange package), DVD player, wifi Internet access, fully-equipped open-plan kitchenette, laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and second fridge, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, shower room with large walk-in shower, separate toilet.
1st floor: 2 large bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, shower room, separate wc, mezzanine play area with bookcase and board games. Electric and aerothermal heating included (underfloor heating on first floor and convector heaters upstairs). Rates include all utilities.
Snow gîte. Shuttle service to Le Lioran ski resort at Christmas and in February, 1km away.
Grocery and bread store in Laveissière 3 km. All shops and services in Murat 3 km.

Très bon séjour. Chalet confortable, très bien équipé, situé dans un lieu calme, mais non loin de Murat pour le ravitaillement.
Très grand, peut accueillir 8 personnes.

Roro Séjour cantalou pêche et nature
Accueil chaleureux,gîte de qualité, propre et fonctionnel.Très bonne literie. A proximité des lieux de pêche, randonnées possibles dans les alentours de Laveissière et de Murat sans oublier les sites cantaloux: Puy Mary et Plomb du cantal. Ce dernier est accessible en prenant le téléphérique de Lioran. Découverte à approfondir lors d'un prochain séjour !
