Perched at an altitude of 1,000 m, in the heart of the mountain pastures, it enjoys a privileged, secluded location with a 360° panoramic view over the unspoilt landscapes of the Cantal mountains and the Salers region. Accessible via a 250-metre carriage road, this unique location offers you a true interlude of calm and total disconnection. Equipped with a 5-seater Spa, it's the ideal place to relax and let go in the heart of nature. 4000m² of unenclosed grounds with private parking and bike storage on request. On the first floor, the buron opens onto a beautiful living room featuring a fitted kitchen with dining area, as well as a relaxation area with a fireplace and insert (wood supplied). There's also a shower room, separate toilet, laundry room and a Wellbeing area with a 5-seater Spa. Upstairs, a mezzanine features a sleeping area with a 160x200 bed, plus a lounge area with flat-screen TV and Internet access. A large bedroom completes the ensemble, with a 2-person bed, two 1-person beds and an open bathroom with bath and shower. Baby bed and high chair available. Gas heating included.
