In the heart of the Cantalien Châtaigneraie region, this micro Holiday cottage is housed in a sécadou, a former chestnut drying shed transformed into a small character house, and welcomes you to a pleasant little hamlet.
Many activities are available nearby: Hiking from the gîte, discovering the Lot valley, the Goul valley, the Cantal mountains, Conques and Marcolès classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France, the Petites Cités de Caractère of Marcolès and Montsalvy, the village of Vieillevie with its fortified castle and canoeing base.
You benefit from a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha, and a semi-enclosed plot of land not adjoining. First floor: small living room, kitchenette with dishwasher and 6 place settings, separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a small bathroom. Adjoining building on the other side of the lane with storage space, washing machine and shower room. Electric heating included. Rates include all utilities.
