Situated in the heart of the Cantalien Châtaigneraie, this 1797 character house with panoramic views, adjoining the owner's second home with complete independence, welcomes you close to the Lot valley.
Many activities are available in the area: hiking, discovering the Cantal mountains, the Lot and Auze valleys, the Petites Cités de Caractère of Montsalvy and Marcolès, the medieval town of Maurs, the abbey church of Conques, the village of Laguiole, the town of Aurillac, the sites of Padirac and Rocamadour, a visit to the Maison de la Châtaigne in Mourjou 10 km away, a visit to the fortified castle and water activities (canoeing and rafting) in Vieillevie. This gîte is ideal for amateur astronomers: no light pollution.
This gîte has a carport nearby, a lighted boules court, a balcony and a semi-enclosed area with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
First floor: living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, Internet access, fully-equipped kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room with toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 with flat-screen TV, shower room with toilet. Baby equipment available. Oil-fired heating included. Rates include all charges except tourist tax. Ne cherchez plus si vous souhaitez passer un agréable séjour dans un Gîte du Cantal ou la propriétaire est géniale ou vous serez accueilli avec un beau sourire dans ce superbe endroit où vous pouvez admirer les montagnes du Cantal quand vous ouvrez les volets le matin dans une fraicheur super sympa y goûter c'est déjà l'envie d'y revenir ou de ne plu partir .

Jack 03 Un coin de détente magnifique
Gite très fonctionnel, comfortable pour 6 personnes.
Très beau cadre avec les toits en lauzes.
Il y a de beaux villages à proximité, comques, mercoles, ect.
La Propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli, sympathique et serviable, de bon conseils.

Tex Reposant.
C'est un séjour qui s'est très très bien déroulé. L'accueil par notre hôte a été parfait et la communication n'a jamais été rompue. Beau gîte avec un environnement verdoyant, reposant et vivifiant !! C'est un grand merci.
