Located in a pleasant little hamlet in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, this independent house welcomes you in a quiet environment between the Cantal mountains and the Sancy massif.
Many activities are possible nearby: fishing at Lac du Bélier 1 km away, hiking on site, Château de Val with beach equipped for swimming, water skiing, pedal boating and tree climbing 20 km away, discovery of the Cantal mountains (Cheylade valley, cirque du Falgoux, Salers, Puy Mary,...) and the Sancy massif (La Bourboule, Chastreix,...).
This farm cottage benefits from enclosed grounds of 100 m² with garden furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor, living room with pellet stove (pellets provided), flat screen TV and internet access, fitted kitchen area. On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with toilet. Beds made on arrival. Electric heating according to consumption. Prices include all charges in high and very high seasons. Animal supplement: €20/week.

5/5Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire. Le gîte est parfait. Les lits très confortables. La situation du gîte est bien en retrait dans un coin très très calme.
