Overlooking the town of Murat, classified as a "Petite Cité de Caractère", this detached character house welcomes you to a small mid-mountain hamlet.
Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this region is ideal for outdoor activities: hiking (GR400 and GR465 on site, GR4, Plomb du Cantal and Grand Site du Puy Mary nearby), downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing at the Super-Lioran and Prat de Bouc resorts, cycling and fishing in the Alagnon. You can also discover the region's built heritage with visits to the medieval towns of Murat and Saint-Flour, the Maison de la Faune and the Garabit viaduct.
This house has 200m² of unenclosed grounds with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a plancha.
First floor: living room with fireplace (free wood-burning stove), flat-screen TV and Internet access, fitted kitchenette, shower room, separate toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 child's bed (100x175cm). Electric heating according to consumption.

Maison agréable, jolie et confortable, idéale pour l'exposition, la vue, le calme et la proximité de Murat. Les pièces sont relativement grandes, la salle de bain impeccable.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un gite de caractère très bien agencé,confortable.Le site est magnifique,calme avec une vue superbe sur Murat et des caractéristiques volcaniques de l'Auvergne.Nous avons apprécié l’écoute, la convivialité et la gentillesse des propriétaires.Bien placé pour rayonner et découvrir cascades,villages et sites remarquables.

Mirayn Un cocon douillet avec vue exceptionnelle
Nous avions repéré ce gîte lors d’une promenade à BREDONS et avons eu la chance, en réservant très tôt, de l’occuper pendant deux semaines en août. Malgré la chaleur extérieure nous n’avons jamais eu chaud à l’intérieur ! Très confortable, très bien équipé, ce gîte a correspondu à toutes nos attentes. L’environnement est superbe et très calme… vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !!!
