Overlooking the town of Murat, classified as a "Petite Cité de Caractère", this detached character house welcomes you to a small mid-mountain hamlet.
Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this region is ideal for outdoor activities: hiking (GR400 and GR465 on site, GR4, Plomb du Cantal and Grand Site du Puy Mary nearby), downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing at the Super-Lioran and Prat de Bouc resorts, cycling and fishing in the Alagnon. You can also discover the region's built heritage with visits to the medieval towns of Murat and Saint-Flour, the Maison de la Faune and the Garabit viaduct.
This house has 200m² of unenclosed grounds with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a plancha.
First floor: living room with fireplace (free wood-burning stove), flat-screen TV and Internet access, fitted kitchenette, shower room, separate toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 child's bed (100x175cm). Electric heating according to consumption.

Ce gîte est pour nous un havre de paix et de repos.
C'est la troisième fois que nous y séjournons.
La vue sur les monts du Cantal et sur la ville de Murat est magnifique.

Izacoh Gîte très agréable
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte très cosy. Il est très bien situé et offre tout le confort nécessaire.
Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil, pour sa délicate attention de cornets :) et pour la petite flambée qui nous attendait lorsqu'il faisait 5° à notre arrivée !
Le gîte est confortable et fonctionnel, rien ne manque. Il est fort possible que l'on y revienne !

Bea Environnement reposant
Le gîte est tres bien situé dans un environnement calme.
La vue est tres agréable.
Nous avons pu profiter d un bon feu apres chacune de nos randonnées, la météo n a pas été au rv mais peu importe !!!
Propriétaires discrets et sympathiques.
De nombreuses balades autour du gîte et des vues magnifiques à admirer....
