Situated in the heart of the Cantalien Châtaigneraie region, this fully-renovated 1860 detached character house opens its doors to you in a pleasant little hamlet.
Many activities are possible nearby: visit the Petites Cités de Caractère of Marcolès, Montsalvy and Laroquebrou, Conques and Marcolès classified among the Most Beautiful Villages in France, discover the Lot valley, fishing, Swimming and water sports at the Saint-Etienne Cantalès Lake, swimming pool at Saint-Mamet 6 km.
Enclosed courtyard and grounds with garden furniture, lounge, deckchairs and barbecue. Private parking in the paddock.
First floor: living room with flat-screen TV and DVD player, dining room with kitchenette and fireplace (free wood-burning stove), laundry room with washing machine and dryer, separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 2-person bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 1-person beds, shower room with toilet. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Holiday cottage equipped with fiber-optic wifi internet access and stereo system. Oil-fired central heating (120 €/week). All-inclusive rates in high and very high seasons. Fishing Holiday cottage.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans ce très beau gîte, bien équipé, spacieux et jardin ultra agréable, calme et apaisant.
Nos 3 amis à quatres pattes ont été ravis.
Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et disponibles et d'une extrême gentillesse.

Cédric Vue magnifique et tranquillité garantie
Nous avons passé un séjour absolument fabuleux dans ce gîte. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, ce qui est assez rare pour être souligné. Il y a une atmosphère chaleureuse et apaisante qui fait qu’on s’y sent immédiatement bien.
Le lieu est magnifique, calme et vraiment agréable. On ressent beaucoup de soin et d’attention dans l’aménagement, tout est pensé pour que l’on profite pleinement du séjour.
Les propriétaires habitent juste à côté, mais nous ne les avons presque pas vus. Ils sont très discrets, respectueux de l’intimité, tout en étant extrêmement prévenants et disponibles si besoin. C’est un équilibre parfait.
Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Séjour au calme ,à la campagne,avec le son lointain des cloches du vaches. Gîte situé au fond d'une impasse avec jardin clos pour le chien.Les propiétaires sont très accueillants.Pièces de vie ( salon et séjour) un peu sombres à mon goût, c'est le seul bémol.

Petit hameau en bord de forêt avec des habitants charmants.
Très bon accueil et gentillesse des propriétaires, gite très bien aménagé, propreté impeccable et situation très calme pour les amoureux de la nature.
