Nestled in the Jordanne valley, close to Puy Mary, a Grand Site National de France, this detached character house welcomes you to a small mid-mountain village.
This region is ideal for outdoor activities, with the outdoor activities centre at Mandailles (rock climbing, canyoning, mountain biking, paragliding, trail running, etc.), hiking in the Monts du Cantal (GR4, GR400), fishing, exploring the Jordanne gorges, the Liadouze and Luc waterfalls and the Puy Mary cirque. You can also visit the medieval towns of Aurillac, Salers and Murat.
Gîte de Pêche has a small enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Public parking lot 50m away. First floor: large living room with fireplace (stove with free wood), flat-screen TV and Internet access, fitted kitchenette, fishing room with sink and closed toilet. 1st floor: mezzanine with 1 single bed and 1 single sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and bathroom with toilet. Beds made up on arrival. Oil-fired central heating. Rates include all charges.

Kc Maison ancienne très bien renovee
Excellent séjour dans cette petite maison de 1837, parfaitement rénovée, spacieuse et bien équipée. Au retour des randonnées ( vous aurez le choix !) , une petite flambée pourra vous réconforter, et s’il fait chaud ( c’était le cas pour nous cette semaine), la maison reste fraîche et agréable .

Well equiped property. Friendly hosts. The gite is well situated for walks. You can walk directly from the gite for some of the bigger hills - Puy Griou, Puy Chavaroche, Puy Elanceze.
The grocer in Mandailles is a 2Km walk away - down a quiet road/track and has the basics that you need. Bread, fruit etc

Joel Gite très agréable et authentique
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte qui a gardé son authenticité. Très bien situé par rapport aux nombreux circuits de randonnées. Nous avons apprécié la fraicheur de la pièce principale pendant les jours de forte canicule. Nous recommandons.
