Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne and 13 km from Vic-sur-Cère, this beautiful detached character house dating from 1830 welcomes you to a peaceful hamlet ideal for relaxation.
Discover the Cantal mountains, Carlat and Ronesque sites, Pas de Cère gorges, Messilhac castle in Raulhac, Pesteils castle in Polminhac, numerous waterfalls, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in Pailherols, and cross-country skiing at the Super-Lioran ski resort.
Enclosed grounds of 1000 m² with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and garage for parking. First floor: fitted kitchenette, living room with flat-screen TV, fireplace with wood-burning stove (€40/half-stove charge), DVD player, VCR, telephone and WiFi Internet access, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, shower room, separate wc. Baby equipment available, including 2 cots. Gas heating €100/week. Cleaning deposit 80€. Extra charge €100/pet.
