The house has 1000 m² of enclosed grounds with panoramic views of the Puy Don Don, a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and children's play area (swing set). First floor: pleasant, fully-equipped kitchenette, bright living room with flat-screen TV, fireplace with wood-burning stove (€5/cageot). Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 x 2-person bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 1-person beds that can be converted into 1 x 180-person bed, bathroom, separate toilet. Electric heating according to consumption.
