Located between the Cantal Mountains and the Lot Valley, this wooden Chalet, built in 2020, welcomes you to a small hamlet in southern Cantal.
Nearby attractions include: the sites of Carlat and Ronesque, the Goul and Lot valleys, the “Petites Cités de Caractère” towns of Marcolès and Montsalvy, the Puy Mary National Grand Site, the villages of Salers, Tournemire, and Conques—all of which, like Marcolès, are listed among the “Most Beautiful Villages of France”—as well as the castles of Conros, Pesteils, and Anjony.
This holiday cottage features an unfenced 1,600 m² lot and a large, south-facing 34 m² wooden deck with a bioclimatic pergola, a garden table, lounge chairs, and a gas grill.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with one double bed, a bathroom with a jet shower and a washing machine, and a separate toilet with a sink.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with one double bed, an open sleeping area with one 160x200 bed, an extra bed for a child, and a desk, as well as a bathroom with a toilet. Beds are made on arrival, and linen is supplied. A fan is available. Electric heating is an additional charge based on usage. The owner’s vegetable garden is located in the field next to the holiday cottage.
Shops in Lafeuillade-en-Vézie (9 km) and Arpajon-sur-Cère (13 km). Aurillac is 15 km away.

Nru Très bien
Très joli gîte, bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse avec vue sur la campagne, la localisation au calme, la disponibilité des propriétaires pour répondre à nos questions (et la très bonne confiture maison à la myrtille offerte a notre arrivée) et les balades tout autour dans cette magnifique région. Petit conseil, faites la petite rando au départ du village pour trouver la source d'eau pétillante naturelle (Font Salada).

DDA Très beau gite, bien aménagé
Très beau gîte, super bien aménagé, grand comfort, agréable pour y passer du temps quand il faut mauvais. Tous le luxe qu'il faut. Situé dans un petit hameau, il faut une voiture pour se déplacer.

Sejour très agréable.
Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Les proprietaires disponibles et accueillants avec en prime une bonne confitures offerte.
Petit bémol la chaleur à l étage heureusement nous avions apporter des ventilateurs.

Vacances 2025 Belle location au calme
Beau gîte chalet, récent, au calme avec vue sur la campagne.
Superbe terrasse avec pergola.
Choix des meubles tendance.
Linge de toilette et de lit fournis, de belle qualité et très beaux.
3 belles chambres qui semblent plus grandes que celles indiquées sur le plan.
Mieux qu'à la maison...
Photos fidèles à la réalité.Couple de propriétaires adorables et aux petits soins pour les vacanciers.
De belles découvertes à proximité, le petit lac des Maurs, où on se retrouve déjà en montagne.
Beaucoup de randonnées possibles.
De grands sites à moins d' une heure du gîte : Salers, la station du Lioran et le Plomb du Cantal avec son téléphérique, des villages typiques: La Roquebrou, Montsalvy, le Lot avec notre coup de coeur Figeac, le lac de Saint Etienne de Cantales avec des activités nautiques et une passerelle himalayenne, frissons garantis sur 124 mètres de traversée.Enfin bref, une belle expérience.
