Situated in the heart of the Cantalien chestnut grove and close to the Aveyron, this detached character house (micro-gîte) dating from 1850 welcomes you to a small hamlet in the Countryside.
Nearby, you can enjoy hiking, fishing at the Maurs lake, swimming and various water sports at the Saint-Etienne Cantalès lake. You can also discover the Truyère gorges, visit the medieval towns of Marcolès ("Plus beaux villages France"), Montsalvy and Conques, and visit the miners' house at Leucamp.
Enclosed grounds and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. First floor: living room with wood-burning stove (free wood) and flat-screen TV, kitchenette and separate toilet. Upstairs, mezzanine with 1 double bed, shower room (small 60x60 cm shower). Beds made on arrival. Electric heating included. All-inclusive rates.
Shops in Lafeuillade en Vézie 11 km and Montsalvy 16 km. Aurillac 25 km.

Très bien accueillie par la propriétaire avec des cadeaux de bienvenue, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, rien à redire, le gîte bien que petit est très fonctionnel et rien ne manque, c'est un vrai petit cocon, de plus l'environnement est extraordinaire avec de magnifiques rando à deux pas,on s'est régalé,le soleil en plus.

Petit gîte très bien équipé,avons apprecié une maison traditionnelle ;murs en granit,toit en lauzes.Accueil attentif de Madame Soubrier :bouquet de fleurs, petites gourmandises.la région vallonnée nous a beaucoup plu. Calme assuré .

Séverine et Bernard Très bon séjour dans la Châtaigneraie
Un gîte simple mais très accueillant, ouvert sur un jardin clos, au calme. Idéal pour se reposer au grand air et visiter le Cantal.

Mimi satisfaite
Très bon acceuil par les propriétaires. Petit gite qui nous convenait. Petit bémol. La douche est tres étroite. Gite en pleine campagne calme absolu.
