Situated at the foot of the Col de Légal, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this fully-renovated 1873 detached house with character and unobstructed views of the Monts du Cantal welcomes you to its unspoilt setting.
Nearby, you can discover numerous natural sites (Col de Légal, Col du Bruel, Puy Chavaroche, Grand Site National du Puy Mary, Puy Violent), go hiking, fishing (La Doire, La Bertrande, Lac de Crandelles) and swimming (Lac du barrage d'Enchanet). You can also visit the villages of Tournemire, 6 km away, and Salers, 25 km away, classified as France's Most Beautiful Villages, as well as the castles of Anjony, Cambon and Saint-Chamant.
You'll enjoy a terrace and semi-enclosed grounds with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Ground floor: fitted kitchenette, living room with flat-screen TV, internet access, separate toilet, storeroom. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, shower room with toilet. Un gîte très bien équipé dans un endroit paisible
5/5Propriétaire très accueillante avec de petites attentions gastronomiques locales à l’arrivée.
Séjour au calme. Très belle vue sur les monts environnants. Gîte remarquablement équipé avec du matériel de cuisine, de jardin, couchage, etc. de qualité.
Je recommande particulièrement cet hébergement aux personnes qui aiment la campagne et qui ne sont pas frustrées de ne pas y trouver de commerces de proximité.- Cleanliness 5/5

4/5Nous avons découvert une très belle région malgré une météo instable. Les possibilités de randonnées sont nombreuses dans la vallée de la Jordane (à 20-25 mn en voiture du gîte) et au Puy Mary. Par contre, il n'y a pas de chemins à proximité du gîte, sauf au col Légal. Le gîte est bien équipé, très calme et dans un bel environnement entouré de Monts.
