At the crossroads of the Cantal, Lot and Aveyron regions, this fully-renovated 1850 character house welcomes you to a peaceful setting.
It lies in the heart of the Cantalien Châtaigneraie region, where you can enjoy a wide range of activities: hiking, swimming (lake at Figeac), fishing (Célé and Rance rivers nearby). You can also visit Conques, Rocamadour, Padirac and Salers.
This gîte, which has been awarded the "gîte de pêche" label, is attached to an old barn. It has a balcony, an unenclosed courtyard and semi-enclosed grounds with garden furniture. 1st floor: living room, fitted kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed (beds made up on arrival), shower room, 1 separate toilet. Baby equipment. Electric heating according to consumption. Laundry room on first floor with 2 bikes available (1 women's bike and 1 men's bike). Area covered by 4G.

Anne Gîte agréable dans une région très accueillante.
La localisation du gîte permet de faire très facilement balades à pied ou belles visites. La Rougie est très calme avec néanmoins des commerces à proximité, accessibles à pied.

Les troyens Pour un séjour au calme
Séjour très agréable, au calme dans un logement typique bien rénové, entouré de voisins qui ont le cœur sur la main.
De jolies balades et visites à faire dans une région méconnue du Cantal, juste à côté du Lot et de l’Aveyron. Le village de Flagnac (à 20 minutes) propose en été un superbe spectacle « Hier un village ».- Cleanliness

Gîte bien situé pour rayonner dans la région. De belles possibilités de randonnée à proximité immédiate. Un environnement immédiat très agréable avec une petite visite de courtoisie quotidienne très amicale du chien des voisins.
