Located near Lake Enchanet, this fishing gite will delight fans of countryside holidays.
Many activities are available to you: fishing and swimming at Lake Enchanet, water sports and tree climbing at Lake Saint-Etienne-Cantalès, hiking or mountain biking, visiting Salers and Tournemire classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France, the Small City of Character of Laroquebrou, discovery of the built heritage of the town of Arnac, discovery of the Tours de Merle, the sites of Padirac and Rocamadour, the Maronne Valley, the Monts du Cantal and the Grand National Site of Puy Mary .
This 19th century house completely renovated in 2013 is adjoining the owners' house. It has a closed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor, living room with fireplace (firewood €12/wheelbarrow), kitchen area, wifi internet access, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room, separate wc. Electric heating according to consumption.
Shops in Arnac (groceries and bread) in summer. Shops and services in Laroquebrou 17 km and Aurillac 33 km.

5/5Comfortable house on a dead end street in a tiny village.
The owners are friendly and helpful.
Good swimming water at 6 km.
Twice a day a small heard of cows pass the garden gate, which is on the front of the house along the street.
