Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, near the Col de Légal and the medieval town of Salers, this detached character house dating from 1900 was completely renovated in 2012.
This region is ideal for a wide range of Hiking activities: Puy Violent, Puy Chavaroche... Discover Salers and Tournemire, classified as France's most beautiful villages, the castles of Trémolière, Anjony and Salers, and the 8 km Col de Légal ski resort (cross-country skiing and snowshoeing).
Enclosed grounds of 500 m², garage and terrace with unobstructed Mountain views. First floor: spacious, bright living room with fireplace (free wood-burning stove), flat-screen TV, DVD player and Internet access, fitted kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room with toilet. On 1st floor, relaxation area, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room, separate wc. Electric heating according to consumption.
