Situated in the Haut Cantal region at the gateway to the Puy-de-Dôme and Corrèze departments, this fully renovated 1866 detached house with character and warm decor welcomes you to a small hamlet in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxing.
Between the Cantal mountains and the Sancy massif, this region is ideal for outdoor activities: Hiking (Puy Mary, Puy de Sancy, Cézallier, etc.), Fishing (river, Trizac and Menet lakes, etc.), Swimming and water sports at Trizac, Bort les Orgues and Lastioulles lakes, Nordic activities (Falgoux cross-country skiing center, Super-Lioran and Chastreix-Sancy ski resorts).
You can also visit the towns of Riom es Mountain and Salers, and the castles of Auzers and Val.
This Holiday cottage has an unenclosed plot of 1000 m² with unobstructed views over the surrounding Countryside.
First floor: spacious living room with fireplace (free wood-burning stove) and flat-screen TV, dining area with pellet stove (€5 per bag) and integrated kitchenette, small shower room with toilet. Second floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and dressing room, bathroom, separate toilet. Heating included (underfloor heating on first floor and convector heaters upstairs). 4G coverage on site.

C'était parfait,la maison est chaleureuse et fonctionnelle, l'endroit est juste magnifique, isolée mais proche de toutes commodité, le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible.Je recommande sans hésitation.

JPR Très belle maison
La maison est très bien équipée tant en intérieur que pour l extérieur. Cette maison a été très récemment refaite à neuf. Tout est parfaitement fonctionnel. Situation dans un hameaux très calme. Nous étions 3 couples et sommes tous très content.

babylove super beau gite
Très belle région et en plus avec un grand beau temps. Belles randonnées pour les marcheurs. Propriétaire très sympathique, on pouvait le joindre au moindre problème.Je recommande ce gite en pleinecampagne.

Christine Excellent séjour
Excellent séjour passé dans le Cantal malgré un temps maussade. Heureusement, le gîte est très confortable et parfaitement équipé. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil et sa bienveillance. Nous avons pu faire quelques belles flambées pour nous consoler du mauvais temps et des températures basses ! Nous reviendrons...

Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable en este gîte, situado a las afueras de Le Monteil. El lugar es bonito y tranquilo, con buen aparcamiento y a pocos km. de tiendas y supermercados.
Es una casa tradicional muy bien restaurada, con habitaciones cómodas, gran salón y una cocina muy equipada, a la que no le falta detalle ni de vajilla ni de pequeños electrodomésticos. Muy práctica por su situación con una barra de trabajo y una gran mesa frontal en el comedor.
La acogida del propietario ha sido muy calurosa, con atenciones y pequeños detalles que agradecemos.
Aconsejamos este gîte y pensamos volver en otras ocasiones.
