Nearby, you can enjoy hiking in the Monts du Cantal (Puy Violent, Puy Mary, Puy Chavaroche...). You can also discover the Salins waterfall, the Mars valley, the Mauriac basilica, the medieval town of Salers, and the castles of Auzers, Trémolière and Anjony.
The gîte benefits from 150 m² of private enclosed grounds, a wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and private parking.
Second floor: spacious living room with flat-screen TV and fireplace (free wood burner), fully-equipped kitchenette, 3 bedrooms with 1 x 160x200 beds, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. On the second level, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 90x200, bathroom with WC. Cell phone available. Gas heating included. All charges included.

Verchu séjour Cantal
J'ai déjà donné un avis pour le gîte 409. Nous avons loué les 2 gîtes pour un groupe de musique et danse trad. Nous étions 17. Les gîtes sont bien situés pour randonner, visiter la région. Orlanne qui nous a accueillis est très patiente, très disponible. Il n'y a vraiment rien à dire sur la propreté, l'équipement. Nous avons même pu tous manger dans le plus grand gîte, et il y avait assez de couverts et de plats pour 17 personnes. Je le conseillerai volontiers

Super séjour en famille,nous avons loué les 2 gites lors d'une cousinade,calme et détente sont les mots clés,gites propres et bien équipé, expérience à refaire sans hésiter!

ED Gîte agréable et spacieux
Gîte communal conforme à la description. Très agréable et très spacieux. À la campagne mais proche des commodités de Mauriac. Beau sapin décoré pour Noël. Literie confortable. Petite attention à l’arrivée très sympathique.

Cantal 2025 Bel endroit
Très beau gîte un seul bémol l'entretien de la terrasse et de la table en bois extérieure pensez peut être à installer aussi des moustiquaires
Le hameau est sympa et la proximité de Mauriac permet de faire des courses avec des produits du pays- Cleanliness

Gîte spacieux, très bien équipé et bien entretenu.
Un bémol cependant son emplacement au carrefour de 2 routes avec pas mal de circulation, ce qui gâche un peu le séjour- Cleanliness
