Situated 10 km from Aurillac, this detached character house dating from 1900 is accessible by a carriage road and welcomes you to its farm.
Many activities are available in the region: donkey rental for hiking, 18-hole golf course at Sansac de Marmiesse, karting circuit at Pers, Fishing, Swimming and water sports at Lake Saint-Etienne Cantalès, visits to Salers, Tournemire, Marcolès and Conques classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France, discovery of the Monts du Cantal and the Grand Site National du Puy Mary.
You'll enjoy a terrace and 900 m² of enclosed grounds with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
First floor: living room with fireplace (free wood-burning stove), flat-screen TV, DVD player, WiFi Internet access, kitchenette with dishwasher and three place settings. Petite maison adorable ,décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnelle .
Rien n'a été oublié, ce qui rend le logement très agréable .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un lieu particulièrement bucolique.
La propriétaire du gîte est bienveillante, prévenante et attentionnée, avec un très grand sens de l’accueil.
Rien ne manque, le gîte est très propre, fonctionnel et confortable.
